rights

I (the artist) have the rights ; to reject or cancel any commission if:
- the client is disrespectful
- the commission's deadline (if any) can not be met
- is out of my comfort/ability
You (the client) have the rights to cancel your commission any time before the lineart has been completed and approved for a full refund. Any cancelation afterwards will not be compensated with a refund.

editing

amount of editing ; three major changes are allowed during the sketch/lineart. after the sketch/lineart is approved, no other changes can be made to it. flat colors, however, can be changed before the rendering phase.

extra

any other terms ;
- all payment is paid upfront.
- clients are prohibited from selling my art (including but not limited to merch or nft).
- any commercial use are to provide full credit and must pay a commercial fee (will discuss).
- clients may not claim my artwork as their own.Going against any of these terms will result in being blacklisted from any work with me.
